Dr Ciara McCormack
Biography
Research Interests
Ciara’s uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to investigate the role of exercise and lifestyle change in preventing and managing chronic diseases, particularly cardiovascular and respiratory conditions. Her research focuses on the design and delivery of person-centred, theory-driven models of lifestyle interventions that aim to drive behaviour change, improve quality of life, and enhance health outcomes. She is also passionate about exploring digital health solutions to complement and extend the impact of these interventions.
