We can offfer assistance on accommodation enquiries for current or prospective students within the Student Residences on campus only and for occupancy during September to June (Academic Year). If your query relates to a non student, or off-campus accommodation  or for an occupancy during the Summer months please review the website for an appropriate alternative service. All communications with this office are conducted via email. Replies are same day (Mon-Fri) or next working day over the weekend and holidays or after 17:00 weekdays. If your enquiry is not related to our area  of operation you may experience delays in reply. Enquiries relating to Student Residences Operations will be prioritised for same day service.

All details of residents' accounts (past and present) is availabe to the account holder only and is online via the resident's portal (using your own username and password and should be consulted firstly).  Accounts Team will not give information (which is available online) over the phone or disclose account information to anyone other than the student (use your @mumail email address to communicate).
