The Academic Advisory Office offers a convenient first point of contact for students who wish to seek advice or assistance with their general experience of University life. The service provides an ombudsman-like role for students who may be encountering difficulties in their programme of study.

The Exam Results Information Centre is available for two weeks for all students looking for information or advice following the release of results.
During this time, staff will be available to answer queries, explain how the results have been combined and offer advice for how best to progress within your degree.
Please note that specific queries on the marking or compilation of results in an individual module should be addressed to the relevant lecturer/department.
You may email your query to [email protected] (please use your MU email address and make sure to include your student number in the message). Alternatively, you may submit your query via the Exam Results Query form. If you want to schedule a Teams meeting or phone call please include the times you are available and we can schedule an appointment. Please be patient as it can take two to three working days to reply to all emails during what is usually a very busy time.
