What to do when you arrive on Campus
- If you arrive by car please park in one of the designated car parks or in the spaces near the apartments at the back of the buildings.
- If your check in is contactless you should go straight to your allocated accommodation. You should not call to reception. Your check-in is contactless. Your Mobile Phone will be coded with access based on the arrival date and time chosen by you and once your fees are paid. You should have WIFI enabled to receive your key and bluetooth to use the key to connect to the lock.
- If you are unable to avail of contactless check in please go to the Reception (the ground floor of the tallest tower on the North Campus - up the steps and to your right). Only two people are allowed in the reception at once so please do not bring a family member into Reception.
- We ask that you bring no more than one family member or friend to assist you with your move into the apartment. We will be relying on personal responsibility and compliance from everyone for this. You should not allow the person who is assisting you to enter any room other than your own bedroom - they must not use a shared toilet (you can decide about your own ensuite bathroom yourself) or the kitchen as these are strictly for residents only.
- Use the lifts to go up and the stairs to come down. Do not share the lift with anyone except the person accompanying you. If you wish to use the stairs only please walk on the left.
- Everyone should sanitize their hands each time you enter or leave a building and if possible wear a face covering while moving in the hall stairs and lifts.
- We are asking residents to move in quickly (about 30 minutes) and then leave the apartment to say goodbye. Do not make tea or entertain the person who assists you in the apartment kitchen.
- When choosing a person to assist you to move in your belongings please make sure that they do not have symptoms of Covid19, that they have not travelled outside Ireland in the 14 days prior to your check-in date and that they understand the importance of social distancing and infection control. They should wear a face covering while moving around the buildings.
