Dr. Delia Ferri presented on “The UNCRPD in the European Union” at the University of Innsbruck with the Conference “Die Umsetzung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention in Österreich und Deutschland” organized by Prof. Michael Ganner (Universität Innsbruck), Prof. Felix Welti (Universität Kassel) and Prof. Caroline Voithofer (Universität Innsbruck).
Dr. Ferri presented on the implementation of the UNCRPD by the EU. She discussed the most recent case law of the Court of Justice and most up-to-date legislative developments, including the European Accessibility Act.
