ALL Member, Rebecca Murphy returns from Accra Ghana, following a consortium meeting for the project 'PERFORM2Scale'.

PERFORM2Scale takes a highly effective, management-strengthening intervention and up-scales it for use in other health systems.  The original PERFORM project used action research to improve health systems’ performance. It strengthened the capacity of district health managers, helping them to develop human resource management and health systems strategies to improve performance.  PERFORM2Scale is building on the success of that intervention, and is scaling up this approach in Ghana, Malawi and Uganda.
