- Ethnographic study of elderly peoples’ requirements for cooking and heating.
- Design Thinking in Irish SMEs – characterisation and effectiveness as strategy.
- Innovation systems & knowledge management in the Irish agri-food sector. Funded by Teagasc Walsh Fellowship.
