Since launching her autobiography, Poor, which debuted at #1 on the Irish Non-Fiction Bestsellers list, it’s been a whirlwind of activity for Dr Katriona O’Sullivan. In the last fortnight alone, Dr O’Sullivan delivered a keynote lecture, together with MU colleague Dr Catriona O’Toole and UCC based Dr Sharon Lambert, at the Annual Conference of the Psychological Society of Ireland; was honoured in the Irish Tatler Women of the Year Awards with a Special Recognition Award; had her work on the Micro Credential for Mentoring in Diversity and Inclusion featured in the Business Post; received a standing ovation for her keynote at the Science Foundation Ireland-Irish Research Council Research Summit; amongst many other activities. We wish Dr O’Sullivan very best of luck for the An Post Irish Book Awards which take place this week; Poor is shortlisted in two categories, Biography of the Year and The Last Word Listener’s Choice Award.
