Staff and postgraduate participants on the M.A. in International Development and the M.A. in International Peacebuilding Security and Development Practice programmes gathered for a celebration in the summer sunshine on Wednesday 15th May to mark the end of term in the 2023/24 academic year.

This is an annual event, which is preceded by the end of year evaluation where students reflect on their experiences over the past academic terms and provide valuable feedback and recommendations to inform future programming.
 

We were very grateful for the beautiful weather and enjoyed chats and laughter in the beautiful May sunshine.  This event is always bittersweet as we bid farewell to some participants as they embark on their primary research or move on to new things.  We look forward to supporting those who are conducting primary research over the coming months and hopefully we will meet again at the 2025 graduation ceremonies or elsewhere in the future.
