New datasets in IQDA

IQDA is pleased to announce the availability of two new datasets. 'Recall Initiative: from Memory and Life History, to Ireland and History' includes reminiscences collected through semi-structured interviews that probed memories from early life, childhood and adolescence. Find the Recall Initiative collection on the Digital Repository of Ireland here.

'Women's Experiences of Labiaplasty' includes in-depth interviews with adult women who underwent labiaplasty in the period 2012-2016 in the UK and South America. Find the collection on the Digital Repository of Ireland here.

This newly published book chapter by Tara Murphy, Aileen O'Carroll, Suzanne Guerin and Jane Gray discusses some of the ethical and practical issues involved in archiving social science research data, with specific emphasis on data arising from community change initiatives.
