Maynooth University Library is delighted to celebrate Heritage Week with a series of free lunchtime talks over three days (18-20 August), which will introduce people to the history of St. Patrick’s College Maynooth, the College Chapel and the gardens and grounds.
For the first event on the 18th of August from 13:00 to 14:00, we will have our Grounds Supervisor Stephen Seaman present about Protecting and Enhancing our Natural Heritage on Campus. Stephen will discuss a variety of topics including transforming the campus landscape to be more biodiversity friendly, by choosing Native Irish trees, pollinator friendly plants and creating habitats for our flora and fauna to thrive.
Feel free to join one or all of our events, but remember, spaces are limited! Tickets for this event can be reserved from the below link from 13:00 on Saturday 1 August 2020.
