
Dr Elena Zambelli, Maynooth Sociology Department, co-edited a recently published book Regulating Interracialized Intimacies: Perspectives from Europe and Beyond. Elena co-edited the book with Betty de Hart which is available online in open access format Routledge Taylor & Francis Group.
Highly interdisciplinary in scope, with contributions by pioneering United States and European scholars in this field, the book contributes to tracing the genealogy of racial thinking in Europe and beyond, and its enduring operativity, through the prism of the regulation of intimate relationships between subjects ascribed to different ‘races’.
