Title: "Recent advancements in labelled and label-free imaging"
Abstract: In this talk, I will review some recent advancements in both labelled and label-free imaging techniques for cell and tissue analysis. We will review state-of-the-art fluorescence-based methods, such as STED, PALM, and STORM, which enable high-resolution confocal imaging, as well as the integration of fluorescence and image-based flow cytometry for detailed cellular insights. Additionally, we will delve into emerging label-free techniques like Raman and coherent Raman microscopy, highlighting their role in cell classification and virtual staining. The talk will also discuss the application of hyperspectral imaging and deep learning for enhancing label-free imaging and advancing the field of cellular analysis.
