The Department of Psychology is delighted to be hosting the 16th annual Psychology, Health and Medicine Conference.
The aim of this conference is to promote high quality research at the interface of psychology, health and medicine, and facilitate social and professional networks among people working in this area. Hosted by the Division of Health Psychology of the Psychological Society of Ireland in association with the Division of Health Psychology of the British Psychological Society, Northern Ireland Branch, and sponsored by the Health Research Board, this is a key annual event for anyone involved in health-related research in Ireland and will be of interest to a wide variety of health professionals and researchers.
We are excited to confirm our three keynote speakers for the day:
- Prof. Carsten Wrosch (Research Chair in Aging and Health and Professor of Psychology, Concordia University, Montreal)
- Prof. Claire Foster (Professor of Psychosocial Oncology and Director of the Macmillan Cancer Survivorship Group, University of Southampton)
- Ms. Marie Ennis O'Connor (patient advocate and healthcare social media consultant)
