I worked for a company that had only five employees and what I learnt was that if you don’t shine, you will never make a difference or leave an impression on those you leave you behind, ultimately betraying who you are meant to be. Although, working for an SME can have its challenges, its unique B2C strategy is what makes it truly come alive. The secret for any marketer is to know where the lines of what’s trending and what actually matters to your clients intersect. This has allowed me to create content that resonates with each client on a more affective level which as a result has generated further engagement and interest amongst numerous individuals. I am most proud of the work I have done in regard to motivating both the female trainers and clients with the 800 calories challenge, that showed them that they are capable, strong and powerful enough to reach their goals. The marketing I did regarding that challenge spoke the message that if you truly believe in yourself, that you can triumph over any trail, and that you should always give everything you do everything you got at least for yourself. Finally, my biggest takeaway from that role is that it is not the job or the people that defines your worth but your ability to be unapologetically the woman you were always meant to be. We are not just the future. We are also the right now.
