Founded and hosted by Niall Breslin, the critically acclaimed and multi-award-winning Where is My Mind? Live Podcast is an immersive exploration into how we can better look after our heads and hearts. Featuring a unique and intoxicating cocktail of music, monologues, and conversation, Bressie will be joined by best-selling author of 'Poor', and lauded University academic, Professor Katriona O'Sullivan, and the sublime Maynooth University Chamber Choir. 

In what promises to be a heartfelt and compelling afternoon, discover what it is that makes us humans dive, survive, recover and thrive in the modern world's head-melty chaos.

Niall Breslin is one of Ireland’s most formidable and inspiring mental health advocates and public speakers. An active polymath, he is also a bestselling author, podcaster, musician, philanthropist, and a former professional athlete. Niall’s personal experience has informed his journey to becoming a leading figure in mindfulness for individuals and organisations. MORE

 

 
 

 

Katriona O'Sullivan is a Professor in the Faculty of Science and Engineering in Maynooth University, a psychologist and memoirist. 
As one of five children in a home shaped by her parents’ heroin addiction, Katriona’s story chronicles her journey from poverty, teenage pregnancy and homelessness to graduating with a PhD from Trinity College Dublin and becoming an award-winning lecturer whose work challenges barriers to education. Her first book, 'Poor', debuted at #1 on the Irish Non-Fiction bestseller list. The book, a memoir of growing up in extreme poverty, describes the far-reaching impact of childhood poverty.  

  

Maynooth University Chamber Choir is the elite performing ensemble for Maynooth University. Auditioned members of the choir become ambassador's for the University through regular national and international tours.  Under the direction of Michael T. Dawson, the choir has won several international choral competitions including the “Choir of the World” competition at the Llangollen Eisteddfod in Wales in 2014. International engagements include tours of Europe, the U.S and China.
