The Dept. of Adult and Community Education is hosting the HELLIN Spring Seminar and the Spring ComMUniversity Think In on Thursday 13 March. The main speaker at the HELLIN event in the morning is Ann Gorman Principal Officer Student Support and SUSI. Ann is going to talk about the new Part Time SUSI scheme which will be relevant to any Third Level staff involve in Fees/Grants, Registry as well as Adult Guidance or Adult Education Coordinators or staff involved in Lifelong Learning.
The afternoon session Andrew Connolly CDETB Regional Literacy Coordinator will look at the growing problem of digital exclusion and adult literacy as part of the ComMUniversity Network Think In.
