Are you a current student interested in a paid part time role on campus to fit alongside your studies? Then consider becoming a Student Success Ambassador to increase engagement with the Student Skills and Success Team at Maynooth University!
Maynooth University Student Skills and Success is committed to empowering students to fulfil their potential and succeed in all aspects of their university experience; personally, academically and professionally. Within Student Skills and Success are the offices for; Careers & Employability; Placement; Academic & Programme Advisory; Academic Writing Support; Student Engagement; and the Thrive Initiative.
We are looking for enthusiastic students with excellent communication and organisation skills to join our team! We are delighted to announce that there are 6-10 positions available.
What would you do as an Ambassador?
- Tell your friends and classmates about us – through shout outs in lectures, approaching students on campus and sharing info via social media.
- Help out at events on campus, including workshops, focus groups, open days and so many more.
- Be our student voice and help us improve our services through focus groups and feedback activities.
- Complete a range of developmental tasks that will enhance your skills and provide feedback on how we can improve our services.
- Attend monthly meetings
