Katriona O'Sullivan from the ALL Institute, has been awarded a research grant from Microsoft Ireland to establish the educational impact of Dreamspace (https://www.microsoft.com/dreamspace/Home).
DreamSpace, at Microsoft Ireland, is an immersive teaching and learning space, which aims to inspire students and teachers to see how technology can enhance education, helping them to realise the full potential of what they can achieve.
Kevin Marshall, head of education in Microsoft said 'I have worked with Katriona before and am excited about partnering with her, the ALL institute, and Maynooth University. We see Dreamspace as a catalyst for change in education and we are hoping that this project is the start of a strategic partnership'. Katriona is excited to be working with Microsoft and extending her previous research work in the area 21st century teaching and learning.
