ALL Institute Member Dr. Emma Smith recently gave an Invited Lecture on Assistive Technology and Human Rights as part of the University of Manitoba’s Illuminate Speaker Series. Dr. Smith described how assistive technology is critical to the realization of human rights for persons with disabilities.
