We are responsible for:
- Management Accounts – Recurrent & Self Funded (Note: Research Accounts managed by RDO)
- Budgets: University level (short and medium term); department business unit level; RAM
- Academic Programmes Committee: assist with costings of new course proposals (detailed resource requirements must be provided for review e.g. who teaching core or occasional staff; new or currently in place; number of students; course fee; additional non pay requirements etc.).
- Full Economic Costing - annual FEC submission to the HEA.
- Assist with costings for the following:
- UE papers
- Business plans
- Tenders
- Annual Academic Planning & Staffing Process
- New investments/resource requests
