Thomas Dalton
Thomas Dalton earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Finance, and Venture Management from Maynooth University. Upon immigrating to the United States, he developed a strong focus on People Strategy in the technology sector. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader with 15+ years of experience, Thomas has successfully driven recruiting strategies at Fortune 500 companies including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Stripe, and TikTok.
In 2021, Thomas was selected to join the Forbes HR Executive Council, an invitation-only community for senior HR executives, and was named among the Top 40 Under 40 Irish Professionals in America by the Irish Echo. He previously served on the Industry Council Board for Maynooth University School of Business in 2020. He's passionate about building high-performing teams and organizations across global markets.
