We provide an analytical service which supplies confirmation of congeners present in whiskey samples by Gas Chromatography (GC) in order to provide insights into the background of various organoleptic properties.
Our chromatograms show the presence of methanol, the fusel alcohols and additional congeners of new make and matured spirits.
