Maynooth scholar’s Casement Project wins 1916 Arts Commission
The Casement Project a choreography of bodies and ideas that dance with the queer body of British peer, Irish rebel and international humanitarian, Roger Casement, created by Maynooth University scholar Fearghus Ó Conchúir, was today awarded a 1916 Arts Commission by The Arts Council (Ireland).

Maynooth University Chamber Choir wins Pavarotti Trophy as “Choir of the World”
The Maynooth University Chamber Choir, under the direction of Michael Dawson, made history this weekend when it became the first Irish choir to lift the coveted Pavarotti Trophy as “Choir of the World” at the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod.
