Prof Peter Thorne, Professor in Physical Geography (Climate Change) at Maynooth University in Ireland and Director of the Irish Climate Analysis and Research UnitS group (ICARUS) has responded in the ICARUS Blog to recent media suggesting National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in the United States had manipulated data to pressurize world leaders.
