The Library of Congress International Summit of the Book conference was hosted in Ireland for the first time on Wednesday 2 November 2016 and Thursday 3 November. Five MU library staff presented at the conference, held in Limerick on a variety of topics including the St. Canice’s Collection at Maynooth University (Barbara McCormack and Yvette Campbell); the Lady Louisa Connolly letters at Castletown (Nicola Kelly); Special Collections and Outreach (Susan Durack) and academic writing (Helen Fallon).
