A new study by scientists from Ireland, Britain and Germany has found that the Gulf Stream System, also known as the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC), is at its weakest in over a millennium.

Golf - Maynooth University Golf Scholar denied Spanish Amateur Championship
Maynooth University Golf scholar, Gary Hurley was two up with three holes to play and looked in pole position to clinch the title when his opponent Jeroen Krietemeijer of the Netherlands went birdie-eagle to level the match and stole the win at the penultimate hole.
