The departments of Sociology and Philosophy are pleased to invite you to a seminar by Sven Grundmann, who was a German Erasmus student to Maynooth in 2010, and who has just completed his PhD at the University of Duisberg Essen in Germany.
He has previously studied political science and philosophy at Frankfurt University, and sociology at the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.
His dissertation project investigates possibilities of combining ethical reasoning and public policy analysis to improve difficult political decision making.
His talk is titled Ethical reasoning in public policy management and you can find out more about the theme in this Grundmann paper .
