What happens when “the practical room for action and manoeuvre” of civil society actors is restricted due to increased political tensions and polarisation?
Chris O’Connell, Governance & Civil Society Space Advisor for Trócaire will present his recent report on this issue, using examples from Trócaire’s partners.
Niamh Rooney from the Department of International Development will respond to Chris’s presentation on the report.
