Seth Barrett Tillman was recently cited in an article in The Weekly Standard, an American news, politics, and opinion magazine, as an authority on President Obama's nomination of Judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court of the United States.
The article, entitled, ‘From Marbury to Garland’, was written by Richard Samuelson and appeared in The Weekly Standard on 28 March 2016.
Seth Barrett Tillman is a Lecturer in Law at Maynooth University Department of Law where he lectures in Equity and Trusts and in Introduction to the American Legal System at undergraduate level.
