Please note that 100% fee liability for a Micro-credential course is due on or before the completion of regsistration.
- If you are in reciept of 3rd party funding, please complete the following F&G online form so that the relevant Invoice can be processed and your student fee account coded accordingly - https://www.maynoothuniversity.ie/student-fees-grants/quick-link-forms-documents/external-fundingemployer-form.

Once a student registers on a course they immediately become liable to payment of fees for the period of registration up to the date they officially withdraw. Please note that fee blocks are placed on all student accounts with a debit balance owing at the end of an Academic year, this will prohibit further registration and/or graduation (https://www.maynoothuniversity.ie/conferring/schedule-ceremonies), until the balance is cleared in full.
The Fees & Grants team are here to provide guidance and advice and to answer any questions or concerns specific to your fee account, so please avail of their expertise if required. At all times when contacting us please ensure to quote your 8 digit student number. Under GDPR regulations all correspondence is with the registered student, should the need arise to nominate a person to liaise on your behalf please email a request through to [email protected] in the first inst.
