Dr Michael Daly

Biography
Dr. Michael Daly (B.A., Dip.Stat., Ph.D.) joined the Department of Psychology, Maynooth University as a Senior Lecturer in 2018. He has conducted research in Florida State University, UCD, and the University of Aberdeen as part of Fulbright and Marie Sklodowska-Curie fellowships. He was previously a Lecturer in the University of Manchester and Senior Lecturer in the University of Stirling.
Michael's research focuses on the relationship between social circumstances, resilience, and mental health and well-being over the lifespan. His research has been funded by several bodies including the EU Commission, the Economic and Social Research Council (UK), the National Institute for Health Research (UK), Skills Development Scotland, and the Irish Research Council.
