Congratulattions to our colleague Derek Barter and the ComMUniversity team who have won a AONTAS Star Award for Third Level Access and Engagement.
The award was presented at the final event of the Aontas Adult Learners Festival Week where projects and initiatives from right across the island of Ireland focusing on adult and community education were celebrated.
It is exciting and vital for the university to be engaged with our communities and other Public Sector Partners in spreading the word that learning is for life and everyone is welcome.
