Dr Marian Crowley-Henry, Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management in the School of Business has had two papers accepted at the 34th EGOS Colloquium taking place in Tallinn Estonia from 7 – 9 July 2018.
Together with her School of Business colleague, Edward O Connor, the paper ‘From home to host: The instrumental careers of skilled migrants’ will be presented at the sub-theme on Careers and Institutions.
With co-authors in Australia (Dr Shamika Almeida and Professor Santina Bertone), the paper ‘Mapping out successful strategies for skilled migrants’ career progression. A multi-level framework’ will be presented at the sub-theme on Mapping out a Diverse Career Landscape: Uncovering Unexpected Findings.
