We are proud to have our colleague Assistant Professor Trevor Vaugh lead the Design team while on secondment to Ireland’s Department of Public Expenditure.
On 5th December Ireland’s Action Plan for Designing Better Public Services was launched at NCAD was launched by minister Paschal Donohoe. The plan provides a tangible, practical and comprehensive pathway for how Government will integrate design principles across Public Service over the next two years. This will mean a more people-centred, inclusive and user-friendly experience for the public.
