Bridging the gap: why, how and when HR analytics can impact organizational performance

New research conducted by Dr. Steven McCartney Maynooth University, together with Dr. Na Fu Trinity Business School, explains why, how and when HR analytics leads to increased organisational performance. In addition, the research project also helps to uncover the mechanisms through which this increased performance occurs. The findings from their research suggest that organisations with access to HR technology will enable HR analytics which facilitates evidence-based management practices, which in turn enhances organisational performance.
