Why is there no antimatter in the universe and why does nature provide us with three generations of similar fundamental fermions?  These so-called flavour puzzles are among the most intriguing  mysteries in particle physics.  In the seminar we will discuss the origin of CP violation in the Standard Model and review highlights of CP violating measurements performed by the LHCb experiment.

Finally, I will present recent results on the so-called flavour anomalies.
