Notice is hereby given that the 2023 Virtual Annual General Meeting of the Board of Maynooth University Foundation Company Limited by Guarantee will take place via Microsoft Teams on Friday 3rd March 2023 at 12 pm for the following purposes;
- To receive and consider the Directors’ Report, Auditor’s Report, and Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 30th December 2022.
- To appoint the Auditors of the Company.
- Following the requirement of regulations of its Constitution to elect Directors.
- To enable the Board Members to review the Company’s affairs.
