In the Irish Times today, Peter Thorne promotes the findings of an IPCC report, Climate Change and Land, published by the UN yesterday. As Kevin O'Sullivan summarised in the Irish Times: "The evidence was overwhelming that meat-rich diets placed greater stress on land and had a higher carbon footprint."
