John Reynolds leads joint Antwerp-Birzeit-Maynooth LLM session

Dr John Reynolds was at the University of Antwerp in March 2025 to lead a set of joint LLM hybrid lectures on Third World Approaches to International Law & the Question of Palestine. Students from the University of Antwerp (LLM in Sustainable Development and Global Justice) participated in person, while students from Maynooth School of Law & Criminology (LLM in International Justice) and Birzeit University (Institute of Law and Muwatin Institute for Human Rights) participated online.
 
The lectures and materials discussed the core ideas and contributions of Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL) and situated Palestine in the context of TWAIL scholarship and anti-colonial practice in international law and the UN system.
