Maynooth University is hosting a visit by Noo Saro-Wiwa on the 20th anniversary of the execution of Ken Saro-Wiwa and eight colleagues (the Ogoni Nine). MU Library is home to a significant Ken Saro-Wiwa Archive. This is the death-row correspondence from Noo’s father to Sister Majella McCarron and other items connected with Ken Saro-Wiwa and the Ogoni struggle.
