Ciarán McFadden, Maynooth University School of Business third year PhD student has recently published a paper in Human Resource Development Review (June 2015; Vol.14, No.2), entitled ‘Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered Careers and Human Resource Development: A systematic Literature.
In addition to this article, Ciarán has also recently been awarded a Fulbright-NUI Visiting Researcher Award. During his Fulbright Scholarship, he will conduct research within the Williams Institute, a national think-tank based at UCLA Law School, on the careers, employment, and workplace experiences of transgender employees.
