Dr Paul Donovan and Dr Na Fu, Maynooth University School of Business, were shortlisted for The Alan Moon Memorial Prize, for their paper Transfer of Training as Measured by Return on Investment, finally gaining third place at The University Forum for Human Resource Development’s 16th International HRD Conference, University College Cork,
