How evidence-based are the decisions companies make about their return-to-office or hybrid work policies? The Irish Times interviewed Dr. Tatiana Andreeva about the principles of evidence-based management. Using her research on the shift to hybrid work as an example, Dr. Andreeva explains the value of applying these principles and the problems associated with not doing so.
