The Maynooth University Careers Service advertises job opportunities in line with the following policies:
- The Association of Higher Education Careers Services (AHECS).
- The Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS).
- State legislation and policies in relation to employment practices, equality and wage rates.
The Careers & Employability Service retains the right to edit adverts for reasons of clarity or brevity.

- Commission only.
- Jobs advertised by a private individuals or household.
- Jobs/roles that require students to make a financial investment.
- Jobs/roles where payment is in shares
- Jobs/roles where students may be required to provide/use their own tech/equipment
- Self-employed / Independent contractor / Freelance roles.
