We’re exploring the possibility of a gathering of Maynooth Alumni in Dubai. A Maynooth Chapter, as we call it, is a great way for alumni to socialise and network together and keep your connection to Maynooth alive. Chapters are a useful way to broaden connections to alumni from different communities and as they are supported by the Alumni Office, they can provide different opportunities for the group. For example, at the December 2013 Chapter in Beijing (the China Chapter was established in 2010 and meets annually), the Irish Ambassador to China addressed the group and invited attendees to future embassy events.
