Professor Doherty appeared on RTE’s Morning Ireland on November 3rd 2017 to discuss sexual harassment in the workplace, in light of recent allegations against figures from the media, entertainment, and politics.
Professor Doherty lectures and researches on all aspects of employment law, including recent research on employee representation in the ‘gig economy’, presented at the ‘Game changers in
labour law: Shaping The future of Work’ conference hosted by the Institute for Labour Law at University of Leuven.
Professor Doherty is Head of Maynooth University Department of Law and lectures Employment Law and Introduction to Law on the LLB and BCL programmes.
