Dr Eva Barrett will chair an upcoming Energy Law Ireland (ELI) seminar which will be held in St Stephen’s Green Hibernian Club on Friday, 11 December 2015 from 7.30-10.00 a.m. on the topic 'Regulation of Greenhouse Gas Emissions, the EU ETS and the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Bill.'
