Thursday, June 13, 2024 - 09:30

Prof. Mac MacLachlan is part of an Irish delegation attending COSP17 at the United Nations on behalf of Health Service Executive. He will be discussing ongoing work on the development of a tiered approach to Autism Assessment, which aligns assessment intensity to the complexity of presentation, in order to create a more efficient service and one which prioritises early interventions, services and supports, for autistic people and their families

The inclusion of persons with disabilities is essential for creating a more resilient and fair future. World leaders, organizations and civil society representatives are gathering this week at UNHQ in New York to discuss critical issues related to disability inclusion at the 17th Session Of The Conference Of States Parties To The CRPD (COSP17)
