Dr Bastian Rake presented the paper “Geography of authorship: How geography shapes authorship attribution in global team science” at the 18th Conference of the International Joseph A. Schumpeter Society. The conference was held online. In this research project, Dr Rake and his co-author Jarno Hoekman (Utrecht University) study under which conditions local scientific research teams become authors in publications associated with multi-locational clinical trials.
